Parkruns Aylesbury and Buckingham
A free, weekly, timed, 5k run that will take place every Saturday morning.
Aylesbury and Buckingham have joined the worldwide phenomenon of parkrun.
Parkrun is a free, 5k (3 mile) run at 9am every Saturday that is open to people of all ages and abilities. It is a run, not a race, and is ideal for those new to running or who need a bit of motivation to get out of bed on the weekend.
