Loan or gift records
We collect records relating to the people, places and organisations in Buckinghamshire. Also, we collect items relating to disability sport anywhere in the world. You can give us digital records as well as paper ones.
We are keen to accept records reflecting the diversity of 21st century Buckinghamshire.
As a guide, we generally accept:
- minutes
- final accounts
- deeds
- photographs
- maps and plans
- promotional materials
- books about Buckinghamshire
We generally do not accept:
- secondary sources. This includes newspaper cuttings, bibles, prayer books, and books or magazines with a national focus
- recent correspondence
- invoices, cheque books, or receipts
- artefacts including textiles, should go to Discover Bucks Museum
