Help if you’re self-isolating

Mental health and wellbeing support

Self isolating can cause difficulties with our mental health and wellbeing. Things can be made worse when we cannot meet up with our friends and families.

In an emergency, if you feel your life or someone else’s is in danger, call 999, or go to your nearest Emergency Department (A&E) – in Buckinghamshire, this is at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you. A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a physical one. You will not be wasting anyone’s time.

If you need help fast, either:

  • call 111
  • contact your GP
