Get help finding work (Connect to Work programme)

Connect to Work (CtW) is a government‑funded employment programme. It launches in Buckinghamshire in April 2026.

It supports people who face more complex challenges in finding or staying in a job.

The programme is completely voluntary and offers personalised, one‑to‑one employment support to help you build confidence, find work, and keep it.

Who it can help

The programme can help people who have:

  • a disability
  • a long-term health condition
  • another need for support that makes it harder for you to work

Check if you're eligible for support

To get support from CtW, you must:

  • be 18 or older (or 16 if you get Universal Credit)
  • be allowed to live (and work) in the UK
  • live in Buckinghamshire
  • be able to get help from public services
  • not be on another job support programme
  • be ready to take part in the programme
  • want to work

What we can offer through the programme

We'll be able to give you ongoing, personalised support to help you:

  • boost your confidence for work
  • find a suitable job
  • succeed at work

We understand that beginning a new journey can feel daunting. We take the time to:

  • get to know you and understand your needs
  • work at a pace that suits you
  • support your goals
