Hire the Guildhall in Wycombe

This 18th century listed building is located on High Wycombe High Street. The Guildhall is an ideal location for training, meetings and exhibitions and has good facilities for wheelchair users.

The Carrington Room is on the first floor. The main entrance is by stairs but there is a lift for disabled access.

Each room has a different capacity:

• Theatre has 100 capacity
• Boardroom has 50 capacity
• Informal has 80 capacity
• 'U' Shape has 40 capacity

The Carrington room has the following rates:

• registered charity and community rate per hour is £13
• commercial rate an hour is £21.30
• minimum booking time is two hours. Rates shown are an hour or part hour
• all functions need to finish by 11.30pm and vacate by midnight
• we charge a refundable deposit of up to £250 for all one-off events

The Guildhall is run by the council's Property and Assets team.
