Book a space for your organisation at our Jobs, Skills and Opportunities Fair on Saturday 8 February 2025, 10am to 2pm at The Elgiva Theatre, Chesham.
Cost and equipment
Exhibition spaces are £100 plus VAT.
We will supply you with:
- a standard table (5ft length)
- 2 chairs
We'll also feature your business in the event e-brochure.
How to pay
You should pay by card using the online booking form below.
If you can't pay by card or you need an invoice, email [email protected] and tell us:
- a contact name
- your company name
- your company address
- your company phone number
- the email address for invoicing
- whether you need a purchase order

Limiting exhibitors from specific industries
The number of exhibitors we can accommodate is limited and we are looking for representation from a wide range of sectors. We may therefore have to limit the number of companies we have from a particular industry.
If we are unable to accept your booking at the current time, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will arrange for a refund of your payment. We will also add you to a reserve list and contact you again should space become available.
Safety and security of your exhibit
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their own belongings, stands and display equipment. Exhibition stands must always be adequately staffed.
All exhibitors are required to carry their own Public Liability Insurance to a minimum of £5 million. A copy of this must be made available if requested.
All exhibitors must comply with the health and safety requirements of the venue and understand that any request by The Elgiva staff to move or remove equipment, or vacate the premises in case of emergency, must be complied with.
Attending the full event
The event is open to the public from 10am to 2pm. Exhibitors must be set up by 9.30am. The event does not close to the public until 2pm therefore exhibitors are committing their attendance until the event finishes at this time.
Where your exhibit will be located at the event
The final position of exhibition stands is at the discretion of the event organisers.
Cancellation
Exhibition spaces will be confirmed once payment has been received. Spaces that are cancelled more than fourteen working days before the event will be entitled to a full refund. For spaces cancelled after this time, no refunds will be made.
In the very unlikely case of cancellation of the event, full refunds will be offered.
