Why you will have received it
You will receive a reminder if you have failed to pay your instalments in accordance with the original demand notice (your bill).
What you need to do
You are required to pay the outstanding amount to bring your account up to date within the next 7 days. If you fail to do so, this will result in the full balance becoming due after 14 days.
You can pay the outstanding amount online.
If you don't pay within 7 days
If you do not make this payment or make a late payment for a second time within one billing year (1 April to 31 March), a final notice may be issued, and the remaining balance will become due.
