Household recycling centre fees for non-Buckinghamshire residents
If you do not live in Buckinghamshire, you can still use our household recycling centres, but you must pay an access fee for each visit.
Fees depend on:
- the type of vehicle you are using
- the type of waste you are bringing
Charges for DIY waste are not included in these fees and are charged separately.
Slough residents
If you live in Slough, you do not need to pay the non-Buckinghamshire resident access fee.
Payment
You can pay using a debit card, credit card or pre-payment card.
Cash is not accepted.

Vehicle categories
Small car
Examples: Ford Fiesta, Vauxhall Corsa
Maximum size: less than 1.5 metres high and 4 metres long.
Medium car
Examples: Ford Kuga, Kia Sportage
Maximum size: up to 1.75 metres high and 4.75 metres long.
Large car or small van
Examples: Skoda Octavia, Range Rover, VW Caddy, Vauxhall Combo
Maximum size: up to 2 metres high and 4.75 metres long.
Large van
Examples: Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter
Maximum size: more than 2 metres high or more than 4.75 metres long.
Disability concessions
If you need a larger vehicle because of a disability, you may be able to apply for a concession before you visit.
