Order bins for a new property

You can order new bins if you've moved into:

• a new build property with no bins
• a new property where no bins have been left behind by previous occupants

The developers of the site should order a full set of bins online or contact us to request individual bins for new build properties.

You can order a full set of bins online.

You can order a single bin for:

• general waste
• mixed recycling
• food waste
• paper and card

To order new individual bins, select your local area:

• Aylesbury Vale
• Chiltern
• South Bucks
• Wycombe

We will deliver bins to you within 10 working days of payment.

If you have not received your bin, contact us about your bin order.

To order a garden waste bin you will need to pay for a subscription to the garden waste service.

A garden waste bin will be sent out as part of your first subscription.
