Get help finding work (Connect to Work programme)
Connect to Work (CtW) is a government‑funded employment programme. It launched in Buckinghamshire in April 2026.
It supports people who face more complex challenges in finding or staying in a job.
The programme is completely voluntary and offers personalised, one‑to‑one employment support to help you build confidence, find work, and keep it.
Who it can help
The programme can help people who have:
- a disability
- a long-term health condition
- another need for support that makes it harder for you to work
Check if you're eligible for support
To get support from CtW, you must:
- be 18 or older (or 16 if you get Universal Credit)
- be allowed to live (and work) in the UK
- live in Buckinghamshire
- be able to get help from public services
- not be on another job support programme
- want to work
