From 1 July, Joy Marketplace is replacing Bucks Online Directory as the place to find activities, groups, organisations and services for adults in Buckinghamshire.
If you currently have a listing on Bucks Online Directory, please create a new listing on Joy Marketplace to continue to publicise your service or group.

Create a Joy Marketplace Listing
Creating a listing on Joy Marketplace is straightforward and should only take a short time if you have your organisation details ready.
- Create your Joy Marketplace account (guide to setting up your organisation profile)
- Add your new listing (guide to setting up a new listing)
Before you start, it may help to have:
- your organisation name and contact details
- your website and social media links
- a short description of what you offer
- information about who your service is for, where it is based and how people can get in touch
Listings cannot be moved across automatically from Bucks Online Directory, so every organisation needs to create its listing directly on Joy Marketplace.
Please note the Family Information Service directory for children’s activities and organisations is not affected and continues to operate.

Joy Marketplace will replace Bucks Online Directory as the main place to find adult services, groups, organisations and activities in Buckinghamshire from 1 July.
It gives you a new place to showcase what you offer and help local people continue to find support, services and community activity in one place.

Online training sessions
Buckinghamshire Council and Joy will be running online training sessions to help organisations register and create their listing on Joy Marketplace.
Select a date below to register for the sessions:
- Tuesday 16 June (10am to 10:30am)
- Thursday 18 June (11am to 11:30am)
- Monday 22 June (9:30am to 10am)
- Wednesday 24 June (10am to 10:30am)
