Vote by post or proxy

Postal vote and proxy vote application forms are available to download and print from the Electoral Commission’s website.

If you are unable to print the form, telephone 01296 798 141.

Sending the postal vote form

The deadline for receiving new postal vote or postal proxy vote applications for the Stewkley Neighbourhood Plan referendum is 5pm on Wednesday 29 September.

Completed forms can be either:

  • scanned and emailed to [email protected]
  • posted to: Electoral Services, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF

Sending the proxy vote form

The deadline for receiving new proxy vote applications for the Stewkley Neighbourhood Plan referendum is 5pm on Wednesday 6 October.

Completed forms can be either:

  • scanned and emailed to: [email protected]
  • posted to: Electoral Services, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF

Vote in person

Polling stations for elections will be open to vote in person and to keep you safe, additional measures will be in place. These include:

  • recommending that you wear a face covering in the polling station (unless exempt)
  • allowing you to bring a pen or pencil with you to the polling station to mark the ballot paper
  • ensuring that hand sanitiser will be available for your use
