To quickly register to vote online, visit GOV.UK: Register to vote

Registering to vote for elections on 6 May has now closed.

Vote by post or proxy

Postal vote and proxy vote application forms are available to download and print from the Electoral Commission’s website.

If you are unable to print the form, telephone 01296 798 141.

Sending the postal vote form

Completed forms can be either:

  • scanned and emailed to [email protected]
  • posted to: Electoral Services, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF

Postal vote deadline is 5pm on 20 April, but apply as early as possible. Visit the Royal Mail website to find your nearest priority postbox.

Sending the proxy vote form

Completed forms can be either:

  • scanned and emailed to: [email protected]
  • posted to: Electoral Services, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF

Proxy vote deadline is 5pm on 27 April, but apply as soon as possible.

Vote in person

Polling stations will be open to vote in person and to keep you safe, additional measures will be in place. These include ensuring:

  • voters wear masks (unless exempt) and bring their own pencil/pen
  • social distancing is maintained at all times
  • hand sanitiser facilities are available upon entering and exiting the polling station
