The Communities Portfolio have a range of perceived challenges or risks, including:

• changes in external funding i.e., changes in government funding and community safety funding
• capacity issues for any new requirements to be able to deliver statutory duties
• changes to external factors leading to increased demand on services and support required i.e., Covid, debt management, conflict in Ukraine
