Report a missed bin in Aylesbury Vale area
We are sorry if we have missed your bin. Report it after 6pm on the day of collection and within 24 hours of being missed, Monday to Friday.
Before reporting a missed bin, check your bin collection date. We may have already given an update for your area so also check the Buckinghamshire Council Twitter and Facebook.
We will try to collect your missed bin:
- before your next collection date
- within 2 working days after we have received your report
Our crews operate a missed collection service from Monday to Friday. If your bin was missed in error on a Friday we would try to collect it within 2 working days, starting on Monday.
Leave your bin(s) out once you have reported the missed collection.
