Play areas in the Wycombe area
Buckinghamshire Council manage and maintain a number of Parks and Play Areas within the district.
There are several categories of play area:
- NEAP = neighbourhood equipped area for play. A minimum area of 1,000 square metres with at least eight activities
- LEAP = local equipped area for play. A minimum area of 400 square metres with at least five activities
- LAP = local area for play. Formally designated area for play to be at least 100 square metres in size with up to three activities
