Facilities

This is an open area of grass with some splendid trees, within the Conservation area of the town. Once, many years ago, the site of a grand house called The Rookery, this is now a green oasis in the town.

There are benches on the grass, with views of old yew trees, beeches and pines. Two new trees were planted in 2004, thanks to a generous donation from the Marlow Rotarians.

This is a remarkably quiet garden, close to the bustle of the town centre, frequented by many birds and squirrels.

Damage or vandalism

Occasionally sites may be subject to misuse or acts of vandalism, which can result in damaged play equipment, graffiti, broken glass or other such issues. In the event that you find a problem at one of our play spaces tell us.
