When you will receive the Council Tax rebate
Once you have submitted your claim and we have told you that it has been accepted, you can expect payment within 10 working days.
In some cases we may not be able to verify your payment details and payment could take up to 4 weeks.

If you have claimed your rebate online, you can check the progress of your claim by logging into your Grant Approval account.
