Replace a lost, stolen or damaged bus pass
There is a £15 fee to replace bus passes that have been:
- lost
- stolen
- damaged
To get a replacement bus pass, you will need to complete and return the replacement pass form (DOCX, 15 KB).
If your pass has been stolen and you have a crime number from the police then this fee will be waived.
