Renew an older person's bus pass
You can renew your bus pass if it's:
- due to expire within the next 90 days
- expired less than 180 days
If your bus pass has expired more than 180 days, you'll need to contact us.
How to renew
You'll need:
- your existing bus pass
- your National Insurance number
- an email address (if renewing online)
If you've moved since your last bus pass you'll need to send us proof of your new address.
